Technology Startups Embark on Their Growth Journey

The Technology-Based Startups Growth Program, implemented by the Ankara Development Agency to strengthen the sustainable growth capacity of technology-based startups, has officially commenced with a kick-off meeting.

Now in its second year, the program will bring together 15 technology startups operating within Ankara’s entrepreneurship ecosystem for a comprehensive process of growth-oriented training, mentoring, and practical implementation. Throughout the program, startups will develop their capabilities in areas including sales, marketing, customer acquisition, data analytics, and growth strategies.

The Program Enters Its Implementation Phase

During the kick-off meeting, the Ankara Development Agency brought together the 15 technology startups selected to participate in the Technology-Based Startups Growth Program and provided information on the program’s scope, implementation stages, mentoring process, and the activities that participating companies will undertake in the coming period.

It was emphasized that participating companies are not simply taking part in a training program, but are also embarking on a comprehensive transformation process focused on data-driven and sustainable growth.

In addition to providing startups with knowledge and expertise, the program aims to foster a sustainable growth culturewithin participating companies. In this context, it was highlighted that growth today is not limited to increasing sales; rather, data-driven decision-making, a customer-centric approach, and a commitment to continuous learning should form fundamental elements of an organization’s corporate culture.

Each Startup Will Develop Its Own Roadmap

This year’s participating startups will work with expert mentors to assess their current situation, identify their growth priorities, and develop strategies tailored to their specific needs. By the end of the program, each company is expected to establish concrete growth targets for the next 12 to 36 months, supported by a strategic roadmap shaped around its individual business model and objectives.

Throughout the program, participating startups will work with their own data to gain a deeper understanding of their customers, explore opportunities to enter new markets, and establish mechanisms for sustainable growth.

The 2026 Technology-Based Startups Growth Program is expected to contribute to the development of Ankara’s entrepreneurship ecosystem and to strengthen the national and international competitiveness of technology-driven businesses.
