The Ministry of Industry and Technology, General Directorate of Development Agencies, has designated "Women's Entrepreneurship and Women's Employment" as the theme for Development Agencies in 2024-2025, and 2025 as the "Year of the Family" under the auspices of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey.

Within this scope, employment-focused meetings were held with companies in Ankara's industrial sector to identify needs, and theoretical and practical training programs were prepared within the framework of the Employment Workshop Vocational Training Program. Accordingly, the 9th Employment Workshop Vocational Training Program, which prioritized women and young people in applications, has been successfully completed.

111 out of 150 trainees were employed.
Within the scope of the program, which is carried out in cooperation with Ankara Development Agency, ASO Continuous Education Center (ASO-SEM), and Sincan Municipality, the trainees received; A total of 240 hours of theoretical and practical training was provided in the fields of CNC Machine Operator, Electromechanical Maintenance Specialist, Welding Operator Specialist, Sewing Machine Operator, Automation Maintenance Specialist, Quality Control and Advanced Measurement Specialist, and Technical Sales Specialist. 150 trainees participated in the program, improving their professional skills through the training they received, and 111 of them were employed after the program.

Trainees who completed their entirely practical training during the Employment Workshop Vocational Training Program were employed, and the employment processes were subsequently monitored and coordinated by the Ankara Development Agency.
